IntegraVision: Reporting and Data Access

IntegraVision captures all information entered by the operator and gathered by the cameras including: job name, job ID, operator name, machine name, job start date, job start time, job end date, job end time, all camera reads w/date and time stamp, status of each piece (good, bad, missing, duplicate, manually repaired, etc.,) action taken on each piece (stop, divert, batch, etc.,). This information can be supplied at the end of the job as a simple text (.TXT) file. An advanced reporting package is available which provides networkable formal reports for one camera (one camera only) including:

Details Reports - Provides an audit trail for each piece including status of each piece and action taken on each piece.

Defects Reports - Provides an audit trail for each defect identified during a job.

Summary Reports - Provides a snapshot of job and production statistics.
